Super busy this month, ending up massively jet lagged and eating out of hotel rooms at ungodly hours. Fortunately, I was able to get all the classics in the comfort of my room - a warm laksa, smoky satay skewers and a Singapore Sling.
There’s a backlog of posts that I’m still running through - the eating is always a lot easier than the writing! I’m also really looking forward to the Alinea Anniversary Tour in October, marking the 20th year of Chef Grant Achatz’s restaurant, Alinea, and the first time they’ve ever done an international pop-up.
