Made it back to London in time for the famous London showers.
Found myself drinking at a German bierhall and ordered myself a Bavarian pretzel. Auntie Anne’s this was not. Massive honking pretzel, served with a curry horseradish and aioli. Not as sweet, or salty as the American pretzel I’ve had so much. More just like… bread.
A fairly decent beef tartare at Rowley’s. Really heavy on the capers and gherkins.
