Not a lot going on this month. Ended up doing a lunch in Sai Kung. Love the wet seafood markets there. It’s a very uniquely Hong Kong experience. Choose the live seafood out of a tank, and they cook it up for you on the spot.
Still need to catch up on a lot of writeups toward year end. One of the difficulties of keeping a regular cadence is finding time to actually write up each experience after enjoying the meal. Wait long enough, and the number of writeups start piling up.
