Like I guessed, 1887 got two Michelin stars! Even more impressive, it was only five months after opening. Seroja also got its second star. A well deserved promotion!
Returned to Don Pedro again, and it’s as good as always. It’s a fairly limited menu, but every single item is good. The tomato salad is particular killer.
Otherwise, it’s been a pretty quiet month. Doing a lot more cooking at home, finding inspiration from flavour profiles and techniques I’ve encountered at all these amazing restaurants I’ve been to.
